☕ What You’ll Learn:

📗 Foundation Level:

• Grinder calibration and espresso extraction basics

• Milk foaming and texturing for cappuccinos and lattes

• Proper tamping, dosing, and beverage building

• Introduction to taste balance and espresso evaluation

• Station management, cleaning, and workflow hygiene

• Coffee bean types, processing, and water quality basics

• Customer service fundamentals

📘 Intermediate Level:

• Advanced grinder calibration and espresso recipe development

• Deeper exploration of extraction variables (dose, yield, time, pressure)

• Texturing and pouring advanced milk beverages

• Sensory evaluation and taste calibration

• Efficient barista workflow and time management

• Understanding coffee origins, roast styles, and blend design

• Workplace communication, upselling, and customer experience

• Practical assessments and written exams (SCA standard)

🎓 Certification:

Both levels are part of the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) Coffee Skills Program. Each level includes a practical and written exam. Students will receive individual SCA Foundation or Intermediate Barista Skills Certificates upon passing.

• Foundation: 1 full day (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, includes lunch break)

• Intermediate: 4 full days (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, includes lunch break)

• Courses can be taken separately or as a progressive module
