📗 Foundation Level:

• Brewing variables: ratio, grind size, temperature, and time

• Introduction to manual brewing methods (pour-over, French press, etc.)

• Coffee strength vs. extraction – understanding TDS and brew charts

• Brewing equipment and filter types

• Water quality and its role in extraction

• Basic tasting and troubleshooting techniques

• Safe and hygienic brewing practices

📘 Intermediate Level:

• Advanced control of brewing variables

• Extraction theory and strength measurements using a refractometer

• Brewing chart interpretation for recipe development

• Comparative brewing using different methods (V60, Chemex, AeroPress, etc.)

• Taste profiling and calibration

• Systematic brew evaluation and troubleshooting

• In-depth water analysis and brewing protocol adjustments

🎓 Certification:

Participants will receive official certificates from the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) upon passing written and practical assessments for each level.

🕒 Course Duration:

• Foundation: 1 full day (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

• Intermediate: 3 full days (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

• Both levels can be taken separately or in sequence
